Resetting your password

Forgotten your password? It happens to everyone. You can set a new one in a few minutes, as long as your account has an email address.

  1. Go to the sign-in page and tap Forgot your password?
  2. In Email or username, type the email address on your account, or your username.
  3. Tap Send reset link.
  4. You’ll see: “If an account matches what you entered, we sent password reset instructions.” For your privacy, this message is the same whether or not an account was found.
  5. Open the email and tap the link inside.
  6. On Choose password, type your new password twice. Use at least 8 characters.
  7. Tap Update password, then sign in with your new password.

Didn’t get the email?

  • Wait a minute or two, then check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you typed the email or username that’s on this space’s account. Each space has its own accounts.
  • You can ask for up to 3 links every 15 minutes. If you’ve asked several times, wait a little and use the newest email.
  • Still nothing? Your account may not have an email address. Ask the person who runs the space for a temporary password.

Signing in from inside an app

The small sign-in box some apps show doesn’t have a Forgot your password? link. Open the space’s own sign-in page instead: it’s the space’s address followed by /login, for example yourclub.rhapp.app/login.

Change your password while signed in

If you know your current password and just want a new one:

  1. Open My account by tapping your name (or Me) at the top or bottom of the page.
  2. Tap Change password.
  3. Follow the steps on Change your password. You’ll stay signed in on the device you’re using.

Add an email for next time

If your account has no email address, My account shows Add email. Adding one means you can reset your password yourself in future. As the page says: “Adding one lets you recover your account if you forget your password.” We’ll send a link to confirm the address.
