Contact the app owner

Each app is run by a club, business or group: the owner of its space. They decide what’s in the app, who can use it and what your account can do, so they’re usually the right people to ask.

Use the Contact page

Many spaces have a Contact page. Look for Contact (with an envelope icon) in the space’s menu, or go to the space’s address followed by /contact, for example yourclub.rhapp.app/contact.

1. Fill in Your name.
2. Add your Email if you’d like a reply. It’s optional, but “without it there is no way to reply.”
3. Write your Message.
4. Tap Send message.

You’ll see Message sent, and the people who run the space will read it. You don’t need to be signed in to use the Contact page.

Tip

Include the name or address of the app you’re asking about, and what you were trying to do. It helps them answer in one go.

If there’s no Contact page

Not every space turns this page on. If there’s no Contact link and /contact doesn’t open, look in the app for a phone number, email address or “About” section. If you were invited by someone, you can also ask them.

Rhappsody can’t pass on messages

Rhappsody provides the platform, but each space manages its own members and content. We can’t look up your account in someone else’s space or forward messages to its owner. For problems with Rhappsody itself, see Report a Rhappsody platform bug.
